Valentines Day is a very pointed day to begin with, but then they just HAD to add chocolate. I just ate a 1/2 pound bar of chocolate in like...an hour. This can't possibly have any good effects. Any other victims of this "holiday"?

I'm a victim, too.......ate 1/3 of a 1.89 L tub of chocolate ice cream tonight.. v-day binge v-day binge

I honestly detest V day b/c it makes you feel (at least it makes me feel) like a total loser if you are single. Stupid day. I just hate it. Thank God it's over, for another year.

Friends,

It is important to take responsibility for our choices. Lil Bit, chocolate helps with depression.

I ordered a large pizza from Pizza Hut last night. I have tried so hard to manage our money, and based on the results of late, you would never know how much time and effort I have put into this. Anyway, my husband's check went in the bank yesterday, and I decided to splurge!!

I am so glad the weather is supposed to be warming up next week. I think our weatherman said this is the 34th day of this cold snap.

For women without spouses or boyfriends, I can understand Valentine's day being particularly hard. Just like Mother's Day is for women without children.

(((((((((((For everyone feeling lonely)))))))))))))

Do something special for you today!

Hugs,

EJ

Yeah, singles awareness day. Good call.

But I'd rather endure the cold for ten years than be single.

You're not weird at all, lil bit.

Me, I've given up on dating. I've tried too hard.

Btw, I took psych too in university...it was my minor...feel free to PM me if you want sometime.

hmmm, I don't put a BIG name to Valentine's Day any more, if I am with someone YAY, if not, no biggie...you are not a loser! and chocolate....welllllllllll, LOL, I am a chocoholic, I love it, try not to go too nuts on it, but I did last weekend, I was severely PMDDing, and well, I just went off on some LOL...AND I don't feel guilty about it...oh well, I ate more than the "serving" size, I just balanced it off with some good foods.

Sorry, don't know what it is to have an eating disorder, I don't think I really want too either, if it is as hard as living with PTSD, agoraphobia with panic disorder, I can totally empathize. I guess we all have our "things" right?

Just do your best is all you can do, and know you aren't alone!!!

hugs
