No GenCat, you're not.

You're a person of importance, worth, value, and dreams who is struggling with issues that are hard to cope with. Some people might even choose to give up or even die, but not you. You are coping as best you can right now and working on bringing yourself to a new place. The fact that you don't like the ED symptoms is such a positive sign. You can do this! You can turn the tide and start the recovery process. It's only one decision away.

All the best,
Bub

No, you are NOT all those disorders......what we are is a person who is dealing with the issues that are causing us to struggle with those things just like every other MI.....we are NOT the DISORDER we are struggling with......but we do need to learn how to deal with the issues that are causing the problem so that we will be able to learn the skills necessary to truly CONTROL our reaction to those things & not be trapped in the suffering of the illness.
