I started excerising more I am begining to to weight and strength traing that will help me gain more weight back again.

I am really glad I am doing this it keeps me active every day going out excercising and building mucsle is really turing out to be a postive thing for me. Giving me focus.

i am going to start increasing my daily meals now too eating two dinners and two breakfasts.

I am just noting that this is going to be a challenge for me its already hard for me to remember to have just three meals a way.

I constantly self beat up myself cause it irritates me that I can't keep up with my eating right. Some day I end up just sleeping in nearly all the day and I don't end up eating at all.

my weight went down a few weeks ago and I really hate when I notice this kind of thing. To me looking down and seeing the numbers on a weigher is just evidence that I truly do have a eating disorder and just how much I truly do struggle with it.
I know I can get over this in my life, not every day will be easy but if I put focus into it I am sure I can get myself to my target weight and hopefully I can stay at it.

Can you use an alarm on your phone for the times you have to eat? It is important to eat enough when you are exercising, especially if you are trying to build muscle!

my phone is sort of anicent so there are only so many alarms I could set but I did do a far better job of getting up and eating my first breakfast this morning.

If you know you can do it, then you surely will! It may be challenging to figure out the right foods and amounts to eat as you gain muscle mass. But I can read that you have the dedication and fortitude to do it !!
