back into treatmentI'm going back into partial hospitalization program. I recently discovered things of my past that finally help me understand why I do the things I do. And I believe that I am finally ready to stop this viscous cycle I call my ED. I'm ready but it's going to be so hard and I need all the support I can get. That's why I'm here. I'm affraid to fail again but much more affraid to keep going as I've been. So wish me luck, keep me in your prayers, and any words of wisdom will be most welcome by me!

Shannon

Shannon I'll be thinking of you. I really wish you the best of luck. Your very brave to take that step. I wish I was as brave as you. At least your doing something about your ED problem. Your positive attitude is already a very big step towards healing yourself. I will pray for you Shannon and everyone here will be thinking of you I'm sure. back into treatment back into treatment back into treatment

Hey Shannon,

I wish you the best of luck on your treatment. Just working through some of the junk that is trigging the ed is a big part of recovery. I was inpatient for 90 days a few years back, it really helps you focus on you. Try and not worry about the things that are going on at home.

Hello I hope you are doing well at this time. My name is Soidhonia and I would like to leave you some hotline numbers that you may call, if you need someone to talk to with your ED. 1-800-273-TALK and you may email me as well if you would like to talk. neohiodbsa@yahoo.com Everything is confidential that comes to this email. The lightbulb is for the fact that you are making very BRIGHT and PROGRESSIVE decisions for yourself and I hope your decisions help many others that feel as you do regarding helping yourself, a\that you may pass on the LIGHTBULB to others and make someone else aware that it is okay to reach out for the help that they need and deserve. Take care. Emai anytime Soidhonia

Thanks everyone. I'm two weeks in treatment and already see signifigant changes. This is my 4th time in treatment but I feel like this time it is going to work. I finally got to the root of my problems and though it's been really hard to face it, I feel stronger in the end. Thankyou for all your support!
