I got some olives. During the busy holidays i plan on eating them under stress. They will be in the car. At the office. Everywhere to snack on. The olive oil is good for anerexics and bullimics. I think pickles and stuff too.[PICKELED ASPARAGUS, PICKELED EGGS, PICKLEDMUSHROOMS, ]

Still i will eat when i should, but man i am working on cutting down on "THE BIG BINGES' since the big purges, are quite bad, and quite honestly, I AM GETTING REAL SICK OF THIS BEHAVIOUR S E R I O U S. any comments to me about my green stuffed olive binge? Any critizems? Yogurt instread of rich icecream? Cottage cheese instead of a pint of sour cream? What do I eat instread of the cheese cake?????????? Who has some holiday saving graces for the SICK OVEREATER BULLIMIC PURGER???????

good idea to find sum healthier alternatives, it will make it a bit easier on ur body. p/haps u could try chewing gum to put off bingeing or squeezing one of those stress ball thingys to relieve stress instead of eating when ur stressed? hope that helps
