hey good news the diets back on,am just gonna have to avoid alochol,i was told ice water fills u up,.so il try that,thanks for all ur help on my last thread

Yeah, I quit drinking, too. I have insulin resistence says the doc so that with my meds will make losing weight very slow. I've been put on the diabetic diet cuz both my parents were diabetic & this insulin resistence can be a precursor for it. Only been a few days--hard--still eating too many fat exchanges. Good luck to you.--Suzy P.S. I'm 52 & need to lose 50 lbs. that I've put on in the last 4 years or so since I've been on anti-psychotics.
