I am so disappointed in me, I binged in a very major way. You know how you promise yourself that you are not under any circumstances going to binge - well I did and I broke my promise. Two days of straight binging on sugar products, grrrrrrrr.... My acid reflux is really stirred up...going in for one of those tests to see how much damage I've done over the last few years...the dr has to call for the day and time....that will be good to get over with...

Thank goodness the Christmas holidays are over.

{{{{{Freewill}}}}} I'm so glad the holidays are almost over, too many things that trigger us to do damage.
I'm with you hon, don't be so hard on youself over this, we still have time to make up for what we've done~

Little bit at a time, ever "better" or in the better direction?

I just told my husband this morning I didn't want our daily breakfasts anymore (we just retired this year and he makes big breakfasts every morning) except Sunday. I'm still going to eat :-) but switch to fruit and cereal and not as much (normally I still eat the fruit throughtout the day anyway but I hardly need a banana with my coffee, followed by a two-egg, ham, cheese sandwich!)

When I'm disappointed in myself I switch to treating it like an experiment and see what went wrong with the last "try" and what I can adjust or try differently and then move on to the next try. That took me the longest to understand (and I'm still forgetful a lot now); that things don't go from decision to done in one try, but are a series of ever better attempts and learnings. You don't start kindergarten and then graduate high school the next day.
