I am going to start a journal on here and writing down what time I eat and what I am eating and how I am feeling and whatever else is on my mind .
I want to make myself publicly accountable for my actions .

Doing it privately only gives me excuses and I end up failing , and saying I will do it tomorrow . But tomorrow ended up nowhere .

If anyone want to join in they are welcome , if not then that is fine , but whatever I do write down please do not say it's not healthy or your not eating enough or your eating to much or so on ..

Remember this is a non judgement place . I want myself and other to feel free to put down and not be shame or scared what others will say . Write everything down , if you skip a meal or two write it down if you binge write it down if you threw up a meal write it down .

This will help you find out what triggers you to either eat to much or eat to less or not eat at all .

I am having 2 Egg Sandwich

2 English Muffins
2 American Cheese Slice
2 Large Eggs ( Cooking them sunny side up , no butter just pam spray )

That is all I am eating for today

I am proud of myself I did not binge today and that is a good day !

I am having a blueberry Smoothie

1 Cup fat free milk
1/2 Cup Non fat Plain Yogurt
3 tbs Suger
1/4 Cup frozen Blueberries

More then likely I will eat the same thing yesterday .
Not feeling anything today , so that's good .

I binge on cookies and cereal

I am pissed off at my H
I was checking his e-mail and saw he put a bid on something on Ebay and wont the damn thing !
My H is a toxic tool !

Sometimes if I want a change I put frozen strawberry to replace the blueberries

Yesterday I didn't do good as I binge , I did have a thought of throwing up my food as it was just sitting there in my stomach but didn't because , I really hate throwing up and I don't want to go back to doing . It's bad enough to binge but to throw it up and hide in the bathroom is to much .

Anyway's just had my breakfast

Around 10 am
