Does anyone know how long I can go without eating until I feel sick?

I imagine it's an individual thing.
Better to eat low-cal than not at all...

Depends on your weight, level of activity etc. Silver's right, it's very personalized. Every person will react differently to not eating. honestly it's not a good test to put yourself through, are you drinking a lot of water?

I'm a binge eater and afraid if I start eating I won't stop. I've had very little food this last week.

Maybe try strictly limiting yourself to the recommended portions, rather than to nothing at all? It would still provide some limitation so maybe that would help?

what i do is buy healthy choice meals, and then freeze my credit cards so i cant go splurge on other food.

it gives me something to eat, but nothing to want to binge on. Would that help?

A time frame I would suggest not experimenting with...

I'm just coming off 7 days with exercise twice a day...with that said, I started getting these brutal chest pains so I panicked and ate something. I wouldn't recommend it.
