Hi,
The past week or so I've been really anxious about eating. Mainly, what I eat and feeling guilty whenever I eat. I've started to eat less, started skipping meals, and feeling happy that I'm hungry. I'mve also started exercising more to burn off calories. I'm worried that I'm starting to develop an eating disorder because of all of this. What can I do? |

Well, it is okay to eat less and exercise more. The difference is when it becomes a disorder is when you think about it constantly. If you want to lose weight you can just focus on eating healthy meals and getting a fair amount of exercise.

It's becoming a fixation and obsession about food. I only let myself eat half of whatever I'm served to soothe my anxiety about gaining weight. I keep constant track of how many calories I eat and how much I exercise. I've become focused on losing weight and getting skinny, no matter what I have to do.
