hey.. how about eating something???? It will make you feel so much better when you play volleyball... I love the sport and used to play,,, and I know that if you are weak and tired you won't be able to do your best...also we both know that there is a possibility of becoming dehydrated... it's happened to me and it's not pleasant... going to the dr... getting an IV... none of that is fun...

and playing volleyball is the best .... at least I think so..

so forget the spandex... that's not important...

you and your health is what's important ...

not eating....

Wow, well this is definetly my area of experience! I have played volleyball now since 7th grade and as of friday, I have graduated high school. Only 1 year out of my volleyball career was I NOT captain. I as well am bulimic. I know the feeling of having to squeeze into those ungodly short spandex.

For volleyball players, spandex are your life. People only come to games (the guys atleast) because of them. Unfortunately alot of girls only play because of them. But I am sorry to say, that no matter how much you throw up, starve yourself, take laxatives, reduce your calories, it will not advance your appearance in your spandex. Your an athlete obviously so you know what you need to do to improve your body. THE HEALTHY WAY.

I know how hard it is, trust me, im going to college now and will be playing intermurally, Ive had those games where i starved myself days before and had absolutely no energy to play. When complete strangers begin to notice, theres a problem.

Take care of yourself, you know what is right. do it. be healthy and be safe. your life means more to anyone than spandex.
