Well I was at a swim meet the other day and I was hanging with my friend, and I took off my sweatshirt (I had my suit on underneath) and she said "Wow, your stomach is getting big." And it's true, I'm getting fat again! And it's all my sister's fault, she makes me eat all the time because she's visiting. My stomach is starting to like...stick out.

A lot of times, people that do not eat regularly will gain weight quickly when they start to eat regularly again. If you want to avoid the little belly, do some sit-ups or crunches, that way, even though you are gaining, it will be toned.
