Ive been eating and feeling alot better.. although when I eat I cant each much just yet.. my stomach i guess isnt used to all the food ive been tryin to eat to make myself healthier.. so Im feeling good. doing good.. now just if it would cool down so i could go running lol

Good to here...small and regular is the key as your stomach adjust to having food again...

Well done It is hard bu tyou will get there in the end just keep it little & offten & you will be fine thats how I done it & in 6 months I have put on over a stone & a half

Wonderful for you. I also feel a lot better when I eat on a regular basis. My energy levels increase and I can get more done.
