I finally figured out that even though I am anerexic I also do have food alergies. Certain foods really make me bloat, really make me wrech and wish I hadn't eaten them. I think that food alergies and anerexia are hand in hand. She feels for me.

Can I tell you something? Once I went to the deli department; stood in front of the deli case (again) and just salivated and salivated and salivated. It so pissed off the workers there. So it felt so so good to stand there and salivate. It isn't against the law for me to dream of them. I can look all I want to. Denial really tends to draw me to doing the behavior (telling myself that under NO uncertain terms I am disallowed to those BAD Harmful types of foods that are sinfully delishish.

By practicing seeing it and anoying the staff, I get satiffied and than go home and feel good. What do you think.

I think that I love you.. for who you are... I think that you are the kindest, most loving person..

I think that I would like to join you at that case..only mine is at the ice cream case...

I think.... I hurt... from some people.. who don't understand..

and I am thankful.. that you do...

I too have food allergies, and have done since bein young but the last few months have been the hardest and now i find it easier to either purge after eating so i dont feel ill, or to not eat at all. i definately feel that eating disorders and food allergies go hand in hand, but since doctors dont always recognise food intolerences, its hard to find help.
