I can tell them how much I eat (or shall I say, don't eat?). But the following quote from the Northwest Indiana Times newspaper is the reason I don't like to talk about anything else of a potential problem.

Ink, I'm glad you are finally talking about this issue. It took you a long time to post about it, so this was a big step for you. Sometimes we have to take those famous "Baby steps" towards healing. Talking about here was a huge step! So, keep posting sweetie. How are you doing with this issue? I hope you are well. Em

Well, nothing for any bulimia type stuff has been for a week, I think. But I know I'm not getting enough calories, especially with working out now. I've been thinking about all of this stuff lately.

Hi (((Ink))). I'm so sorry you feel ashamed. I'm really proud of you for sharing. I think it's really brave. It's hard for me to write or talk or even think about my over eating. So I understand how hard it can be. When I read what you write, my heart goes out to you. It doesn't make me view you in a negative way at all. Actually just the opposite, because you're working on getting better and you're sharing about it. I think that's awesome! I know it's a very hard illness to deal with. I hope you will try to be gentle with yourself as you go through the process of healing. Take very good care Ink. Annie
