I hate my self soooooooo much wish I was able to go back to last year when I was thin at least I liked my self abit then I am now nearly 9 stone & hate every inch of fat on my body I wish I could just get a knife & cut it off at least then I might like myself a bit more.
so far this week I have had about 2000 cals I have just got no will power atm when I eat I hate myself for doing so & when I dont I feel so sick & light headed so I give up & eat a big meal then feel crappy for doing so this time last year I was worried about xmas because we were going to the mother in laws & I knew that every one would coment on my weight now im the other way round im just soooooooo fat at least were not there this year as we move to far away from them all I cant even work out to help lose weight as I have back problems & am waiting for an op on my spine so this doesnt help with my ED & DEPRESSION life sucks so much atm PLEASE help me get through this tuff time I cant do it on my own anymore so low atm & feel like crap

i know what u mean about feeling light headed and sick and then eating. i am anorexic-bulimic. my parents dont know but soon will. when i get light headed i drink propel. it has electrolytes so it will keep u hydrated. i hope u are feeling better. if u cant work out then try walking or power walking to lose weight. i ride horses but as i recall u said u have back problems. hope u are well! (((((hugs)))))

Thanks I cant even walk more than about 5 steps so thats out of the question as well my life just really sucks so low atm & feel like crap all the time.

I hope you get the help that you need when you tell your parents my dad just keept an eye on me when I was around him & my mum didnt even care that I had a problem because im not my younger brother who her life revoles around so now I have nothing to do with her but thats her loss not mine
