How do I do it, or how does ONE do it?

How I do it, to meet my blood sugar goals, is:

Buy groceries:
1. 1 dozen hard boiled eggs - for breakfast with...
2. Bag of cut up broccoli, cauliflower, carrots - microwave a handful and eat with eggs that have bagel seasoning
3. Coffee and cookies (belvita - i pretend they are healthy)

2. Lunch and dinner are the same: eat a sandwich.

Grocery is a loaf of ezekiel bread and a pack of cheese. Also some lunchmeat you can tolerate, or cream cheese, or whatever. Boca burger.
I have packets of condiments, i use mustard and mayo.

Alternatively - order 6 pack of 32 oz unsweetened soy milk from amazon and 4 boxes of Wheat AND Bran Shredded Wheat. Top with stevia! Yum.

I might be slightly eating disordered.

I figure - find a couple of things you like. I love me a baloney sandwich. Had one every day for 12 school years. Same with cereal. Now i also like raw veg. Eggs i like because i think i cant have them.

A dozen hard boiled eggs for breakfast? Damn, does your grocery store not have a limit as to how many cartons you can get at once or do you go every other day? (I do know what you meant )

I really did mean how does ONE meal plan. I tried telling my pdoc today I keep making them and losing them (I think I made 5 plans for today handwritten and I don’t know if I’m sleeping more than I realize and all my dreams are of meal planning and I don’t realize they’re dreams) or getting way past the time I meant to eat and saying “f-it” and skipping the meal.

Today I thought I had it figured out, made the list, left the non-refrigerated parts for lunch on the counter, “knew” something I WOULD be willing to eat for dinnet and weote that down, then my mom was in the area getting an endoscopy and insisted on going out to lunch with me after and now everything is fked.

Just call me Cool Hand Luke!

Famous 60s prison movie where Steve McQueen makes a bet to eat a LOT of hard boiled eggs. Many memes ensue: "What we've got here is a failure to communicate." I had a lesbian friend who LOVED that one.
