I read the book Perfect by Natasha Friend a long time ago. It's the only one I've read about ED's but I like it, I'm on my sixth time reading it.

Careful with ED books, as a lot of them tend to be triggering (I don't know if that is what you're looking for). As for recovery books, Life Without Ed by Jenni Schafer is the big one right now, I liked the book Life Inside the "Thin Cage" by Constance Rhodes, and the book "Gaining" by Amy Liu. Those last two helped me out a lot, rather than throw me even further in to my ED like some of the other ones I read.
