a guy and i have very and bipolar and form the meds. and not working out I went from 175 to 235 pounds it made me sick to look at myself I use to be in great shape .So I started working out again and im on a diet I take handfuls of pills a day some diet pills and some vitamins for dieting and bipolar meds .I lost 50 pounds and look the best I have in years .BUT if I eat to much I make my self sick lets say at dinner time all the time .Dont get me wrong I only eat 1800 C aday but which is nothing for me at 185 but I still feel like im fat I sneak up stairs at least once a day to get sick some times 2 or 3 times aday .I have to work out for hour a day with weights or I feel like %#@&#! all day .I know my bipolar has alot to do with this but do you think i should worry?

Dear trippinmickey,
I think you should be worried. Purging 2 or 3 times a day could be very dangerous to your health.

I understand what you mean about exercising - if I don't workout in the morning I feel horrible and fat and lazy all day. Exercise is good, but I guess it can become addictive like any other behavior. There is probably no way I should be still working out as intensely as I am at this point, but I can't seem to stop either.
Please talk to someone about what you're doing....
