I don't know whats been wrong with me lately. I've been eating whenever i want, not caring about my diet, or about losing weight. I'm just always so hungry, and so i eat. I'm scared i'm going to put on weight. I just want to go back to how things were, back to losing weight. That's whats really important to me, so why aren't i focusing?!

Have trouble focusing in general ?

Have a gander at this . there was a study done at my local university discovering that 60% of women with ADHD develop eating disorders.

Not sure of which variety.

It sounds like your concerned and want to get back on track . I encourage you to do that for yourself.

lack of serotonin levels can contribute to carbohydrate cravings. eliminate sugar and white flour foods from your diet.

be aware of the high carbohydrate levels on the back of the bag and box.

eliminate proceccsed foods as much as possible.

This may help lessen the hungry feelings.

get some exersize.

dont eat when your emotionally upset or

hungry angry lonelytired.

set the times you will eat ad don't snack in between.

Just a few suggestions.
