Okay, starting again on the path of better health, healthier eating and increased exercise.

I noticed that at 7am and 7pm, it is a nice time to walk outside. It isn't hot yet or it has cooled down some, and it is light but not bright sunlight. So that is my goal, my 7/7 plan, to get twice on the weekends. During the week I am already working at 7am. Maybe I will explore 6am for the weekdays.

I like routine, so I hope creating this will help my focus and commitment.

I'll join you in your endeavor (but not in your 7:00 a.m. walks :-) I'm going on a genealogy trip in February and it will require a great deal of walking and I can maybe make it to the corner of the block and back at the moment, but not without getting out of breath.

Glad to have the company, Perna!

... couldn't sleep last night (sick cat, worried), so I missed today's 7am.. ?
But can only go from here. Not giving up!

Is it your asthma that makes you out of breath when you walk?

Well, my 7am is just on weekends. During the week I'm already at my desk and working.
I haven't been feeling well so I have to start yet again, which is okay.

My cat is still not feeling well. He sleeps 98% of the time. He has 2 more days of taking the antibitotic so I'm hoping he is mending. I suspect we will be visiting the vet next week.

Thank you for asking!

Good luck. I wish I could get off my lazy behind and start walking again. I have no excuse.
