Okay, starting again on the path of better health, healthier eating and increased exercise.
I noticed that at 7am and 7pm, it is a nice time to walk outside. It isn't hot yet or it has cooled down some, and it is light but not bright sunlight. So that is my goal, my 7/7 plan, to get twice on the weekends. During the week I am already working at 7am. Maybe I will explore 6am for the weekdays. I like routine, so I hope creating this will help my focus and commitment. |

I'll join you in your endeavor (but not in your 7:00 a.m. walks :-) I'm going on a genealogy trip in February and it will require a great deal of walking and I can maybe make it to the corner of the block and back at the moment, but not without getting out of breath.

![]() ... couldn't sleep last night (sick cat, worried), so I missed today's 7am.. ![]() But can only go from here. Not giving up! Is it your asthma that makes you out of breath when you walk? ![]() ![]() |

Well, my 7am is just on weekends. During the week I'm already at my desk and working.
I haven't been feeling well so I have to start yet again, which is okay. ![]() My cat is still not feeling well. He sleeps 98% of the time. He has 2 more days of taking the antibitotic so I'm hoping he is mending. I suspect we will be visiting the vet next week. ![]() Thank you for asking! ![]() |

Good luck. I wish I could get off my lazy behind and start walking again. I have no excuse.
