So, for the last few weeks I hit and stayed at a plateau of 250pounds. This morning I weighed myself and I finally broke that plateau. I have a lot of weight to lose but I got such a relief this morning when I broke that plateau. Albeit only by 1 pound but still...I finally did it!! This is also encouragement to continue eating healthy as well as workout. Well, gotta get ready to go to the gym. See ya later.

Congratulations! That is fantastic! Keep it up, you can do it. Wishing you well as you celebrate this milestone and as you move forward.
