I'm 22 and female.
On the 17th of November I am going to schedule my sleeve gastrectomy surgery. I'm nervous because this will totally change my life forever, in a positive way I'm sure, but I've also heard of a lot of people falling into depression spells right after the surgery. I've lost 40 pounds so far this year, and I'm excited to lose more I'm just nervous about the life long change. |

Best of Luck. You might want to check out Clusie on YouTube. She has had weight loss surgery, and recently, a bit of a nip and tuck in certain areas. She maintains her weight loss and looks fantastic. She is funny and very informative. I have not had the surgery but I enjoy Clusie a lot. Check her out. I think it is great what you are doing for yourself and your loved ones. It is a great thing. Be proud.

I had the sleeve done Dec 30 2015. I am really glad I did it. I am down 110lbs. I am stablized now. If you need a shoulder I am here.
