I've tried looking for a buddy at the weight loss site I use, but no one's biting. The person I'm looking to be a buddy is someone who will stick to this very exhaustive and demanding list (you were warned!):
1. PM a check-in 2-3 times a week about current struggles ![]() ![]() 2. Be willing to exchange workout routines and recipes through PM ![]() 3. Be a supportive person, and I will absolutely be a supportive person back. ![]() I know, I'm the new Jillian Michaels ![]() My background info-- I'm a 32-year old woman, 148 lbs, 5'4", lost 25 so far, would like to lose another 20ish. I like lifting weights, some cardio, and coming up with recipes that won't break the bank or the waistline. |

I'll bite, chew and swallow.....sounds healthy 😊.
I'm 37, 5'11 & currently weigh68kg.... Another 10kg would be gr8 (rec. AN). I'm more concerned about my measurements and turning fat into muscle....my cardio is also TERRIBLE. REALLY need to work on that.. 😥😥😥 Further hindering my efforts is my severe panic n anxiety. Esp. Socially and in unfamiliar places....... Good fat burning food??? Got THAT DOWN PAT 😉😉😉 |

Hello if any of you are still looking for a buddy, or another buddy, I’d love to do it. I’m new to PC as of last week, and I’m 41, female, and been exercising/dieting for about 7 months now. I’ve lost 30 lbs and have another 10-15 to go, current weight 145.
It is such a slow process for me, but I have an exercise routine that I love and am super motivated. Would love to hear how others are doing! |
