I was 172.4 or 6 today. For breakfast I had a piece of avocado toast and a cold brew coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Then I got a bacon hash brown burrito from Taco Bell which I didn’t finish. So far I’ve had about 985 calories and I have 415 calories left but I am not hungry at all so I don’t know what I’ll be eating but I don’t plan on eating again for a long time.

For the rest of the day I ended up eating a 125 calorie can of Hormel Turkey, a 120 calorie can of Tyson chicken, and a 140 calorie bowl of shrimp wonton soup with the broth dumped out. So I had about 1360 calories today. Most of my food was in the green zone. I feel full now.
I bought some green grapes and cherries and froze them. I put them on a baking tray and then put them into the freezer until they were frozen. Then I transferred them into mini sandwich bags. I have heard they are great snacks and desserts and they are also low calorie too.

Still 172.6. So far I’ve had 3 unsweetened flavor ice teas with sugar free flavoring and Splenda. I had a mini bag of frozen grapes just now. For lunch I’m having some canned beef and a cup of egg noodles. My snack will be some frozen cauliflower and broccoli and a mini bag of frozen cherries. Dinner will be some funeral potato’s and the rest of the vegetables. I’m at 1100 calories and my Noom app says I have 310 calories left. But I’m not sure what else I’ll eat.

I just weighed myself and I was 174 with heavy jean shorts on a T shirt. Last week at the hospital I was 182 with lightweight gym shorts and a T shirt and sandals. I know the last time I had surgery I lost 17 pounds just because of depression and lack of appetite and some disordered thoughts were going on as well. Today I’ve had 1029 calories but I had 2 full meals and some fruit. So it wasn’t bad quality it was just a bit low on the quantity. I’ve been drinking water all day and using the bathroom every hour.
But this is the 8th straight day I’ve had my appetite under control. I couldn’t fit into these Jean shorts last summer but they were $10 at a thrift store and they still had the tags and they were Levi’s with an original price tag of $50. This summer they fit pretty good and I can get them up all the way and button them.

I am just waiting for this heat wave to be over. I have air conditioning, but when the heat index is in the 90's, the air is just thick.
I am getting into a good rhythm with my meds and my eating. I got my 2nd vax on wednesday so i have been taking it easy. I got a delivery of shelf stable riced broccoli which was kinda expensive but maybe not really, its a good quantity per bag, so i am getting a lot of veg and for fruit i have canned peaches, grapefruit, and applesauce. I am getting some small cans of kimchee next week. Mostly i am making an effort to not overeat. Which means preparing smaller portions, because whatever i prepare, i will eat! Yesterday i ordered jimmyjohns, a turkey mini and an italian mini for lunch. I used to eat 1 and a half regular french subs and two cookies because i was "hungry", then pass out. The two minis were light, tasty, and a perfect amount. |

I lost some weight. I think it is helping that I've lowered my carbs. And walking the other day was helpful too. Too bad I hurt too much to walk today.

I was 171.6 today. I had 12 oz of Oreo iced coffee and some frozen grapes for breakfast. Lunch will be canned roast beef and dinner will be an Amy’s cheddar cheese burrito. I’ll have some frozen cherries and a Coke too today. I have down 1,119 calories.

I didn’t do too well today. Only 871 of my 1161 calories came from food. Then I had a couple little bags of Goldfish crackers that were 140 and 120 calories. I did have some grapes, a bag of steamed corn, and some canned meat. I just don’t have any desire to really eat.
When I buy boxes or bags of Goldfish crackers that usually means my appetite is pretty messed up. I only had 64oz of water so I was below my water goal too. My size 32 pants were actually pretty loose today. The next size is 30. I hope I don’t end up in the boys department. I’ve had to avoid certain brands of shirts because I don’t want to wear boys clothes. I tried shrinking a couple of hoodies yesterday. Sorry for the blabbering I feel high as a kite right now.

I was 170 exactly today. The numbers were moving and they almost settled on 169.8 before switching to 170.
Today I had 2 servings of canned meat, a little bag of Goldfish crackers, and an Amy’s cheddar cheese rice and beans burrito. I’ll have some frozen grapes for a snack and then some more canned meat and a bag of Walmart brand steamed cauliflower and broccoli for dinner. I’m also going to try the new Mountain Dew from Whichwitch. I have down 1,105 calories.

I’m 152.2 lbs right now. I had a couple days last week where I ate really unhealthy but I’m back on track now.
Hoping to get down to 125lbs in a year. For breakfast I had a slimfast shake and a piece of wheat toast w/ peanut butter. Lunch was Yogurt w/ walnuts, dinner will be a salad, can of tuna, a hard boiled egg. And for a snack I’ll have unsweetened applesauce w/ cinnamon Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was still 170 exactly. Before and after I took a shower. This morning at midnight I went to get a piece of cauliflower crust pizza from last night and it was gone. Which was kind of annoying since I thought I was the only one eating it and I had planned on having it for breakfast and lunch. But I guess my brother ate it all. I didn’t make a big deal out of it though. So I had a Mountain Dew and a package of Goldfish crackers instead. So far today I’ve had 3 unsweetened iced teas with flavor shots and Splenda from Sonic. I haven’t eaten anything yet besides the Goldfish but I’ll probably just eat more of the canned roast beef I’ve been working on since Saturday. Maybe I’ll eat some of the egg noodles too. I just really haven’t been too hungry. I have the money to eat out and get fast food but I just have no desire for anything.

I had 1245 calories today. But I don’t know how much broth in chicken soup is since I drained it and just ate the noodles from 2 cans. I also counted my Mountain Dew and goldfish crackers at midnight. So in total I more likely had like 935 calories today. I had a couple pieces of fruit though and dinner was healthy. So I didn’t eat that badly.

I was 170.2 today. So far I’ve had 2 little bags of Goldfish crackers and 2 bananas. I had a pina colada flavored Mountain Dew too. My anxiety is real bad and food is making it worse. I may try to eat an Amy’s Burrito for dinner. Goldfish crackers, bananas, noodles from soup, and Amy’s cheddar cheese bean and rice burritos are the main things I can eat. Today I can really only stomach the crackers and bananas. It’s been rough lately with food because of anxiety.

I got to 169 today. I am so happy. That’s my lowest weight since January. Only 4 more pounds and I’ll be at my lowest weight since 2019.
So far today I had a cold brew coffee from Starbucks and one of the 2 egg bites I got. I gave the other to my mom. I have a package of frozen strawberries thawing and I got a bag of frozen grilled zucchini and a bag of lightly sauced corn I’ll have today. I’ll also have a can of Tyson chicken for dinner. I have down 1178 calories. I am trying to lose weight but there also isn’t much motivation to eat. So it’s been easy. I got a lunch special yesterday from a restaurant and I got a lunch size serving of fettuccine and a lunch size serving of spaghetti. Both about 200 calories each. I had the fettuccine around 2:30 and then I tried eating the spaghetti for dinner yesterday at 7 and I took 2 bites of it and got full. So it’s been kind of easy to control things.

I was 170 exactly today. I’m not surprised. I had a 12oz caffeine free Coke, a 12oz glass of iced coffee, then an 8oz can of coffee Coke, and 16oz of water all between 12:30 and 4:30 this morning. That’s a lot of liquids.
So far besides the drinks early this morning I’ve had a pink drink and a turkey bacon egg white sandwich from Starbucks. I plan on having a bag of frozen strawberries, a bag of frozen zucchini, and a can of Tyson chicken. My calories equal to 1185. I’m not very hungry because of anxiety and the heat. I tried on some clothes this morning that I am trying to fit into, and they fit pretty good. A lot better than the last time I tried them on. I’m happy with that. I hope they fit even better the more I lose.

Last time I stepped on the scale I was the same weight as before. I'm trying my best to eat well. I'm not very active because of pain.

168.6 today. That’s my lowest since last summer. I haven’t been able to eat much since my surgery. I’m having a lot of anxiety which is also making it hard to eat. I had a banana and a little bag of Goldfish crackers this morning and they made me anxious.
Also I’m doing Noom which changes your relationship and mindset about food. It helps you stop craving unhealthy stuff and then you just eat filling foods. Like it helps you switch from grabbing some ice cream and retrains your brain to grab like frozen grapes or something. It’s $171 but its for 6 months. It’s a lot of reading and comprehension and you have to weigh yourself everyday and log everything you eat. So you do have to work at it it’s not a magic solution. But it has worked for a lot of people and it’s been the only thing that has been making a difference for me. I’ve tried pre made meals and Atkins and slim fast. But I needed to change my relationship with food in order to be successful. Plus I probably have some type of restricting eating disorder which isn’t good.

I lost some weight today because I haven't eaten much. I think I will start eating less and going hungry more. That might be the only way for me to lose weight.

I was 168.8 today. I was kind of nervous to weigh myself because of the fluids I had last night and also I ate a piece of pizza when I got home so I had about 1400 calories for the day yesterday. But I barely gained anything. So far today I’ve had a caffeine free Coke, a summer strawberry salad from Wendy’s that I didn’t finish, and an ice cream cone from Sonic that I ate until I got to the cone. So I have down 793 calories but it’s probably way less since I didn’t finish those 2 things. I don’t know what else I’ll eat today.

I'm below 300 now. That was my first milestone. I'm so happy I made it. My next goal is to get to 295. It will mean I'm really in the 200's again. I have lost 11 lbs in 6 weeks.

Despite barely eating before dinner yesterday, my half burrito from the Mexican restaurant caused me to gain almost 4 pounds. But it could also be PMS too.
So far today I had a couple chocolate paydays around 2:30. My chocolate craving is a big sign it’s PMS. I had a coffee, that I barely touched, an ice cream cone I couldn’t really eat because I couldn’t physically hold the cone, a plate of frozen grilled zucchini, a 100 calorie pack of nuts, and now I’m trying to eat a bag of frozen grapes. I’m not sure about dinner or about my calories. I have down 1,210 that includes a can of chicken for dinner.

I weighed 171.8. Still not bad and below what I was the other day. I expected to be 173. Yesterday I just grazed and I didn’t eat much of anything I started. I’m good at not eating when I’m not hungry.
Today I had a couple sodas and a bag of chips early. Then I had a cake pop for a mid morning snack. Lunch was a bag of steamed corn. Dinner was some frozen zucchini. It wasn’t the best but the vegetables helped. I was right at my 1400 calorie goal for today.

I've lost 2 more pounds. I'll be at 295 pretty soon. At 297 I feel safe in the 200's. I am glad. I think the Cymbalta is helping me lose weight. I'm so excited. I'm being really careful about what I eat. I bought potatoes to have as a meal with avocados. But I can't bring myself to eat the potatoes because of the carbs. Maybe I can eat a couple as part of a meal. I could prepare some green vegetables and a protein to go with it. So that is an option. Then I'm not depriving myself.
