I’m upping my calories for a few days until I can get past my PMS. So far today I’ve had a glass of Oreo iced coffee and 3 iced teas with flavoring. I plan on having a mchicken and a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s for lunch. If I can deal with it. I’m not sure about dinner. After lunch I’ll be at 1005 calories. I’m aiming for 1580 calories but maintenance is 1860 according to Noom.
I honestly don’t feel very good physically today and I can’t tell if it’s from stress or all the iced teas. So I’m not very hungry. I have to get smaller pants though. I was a 34/32 but I’m pretty much a 32 now. Last year at this time I was a 36. But I hope my shorts hold out until the end of summer.

I lost another pound. I'm really happy about that. I'm almost to my new goal weight. Just 1 more pound to go.

I lost almost a pound since yesterday despite PMS and eating McDonald’s and an ice cream cone from Dairy Queen. I had around 1,485 calories. I don’t understand why my mental health team doesn’t believe in calories in vs calories out.
So far today I had a bowl of quinoa at midnight. Then around 7:30 I had an Amy’s Mexican TV dinner. I usually just drink soda for breakfast. I did get a diet cherry Vanilla Coke from sonic today while I was out this morning. For lunch I’ll have some Goldfish crackers and for dinner I’ll have a can of roast beef. I’ll probably have a plum or a peach too but right now I’m at 1179 calories for the day. I think I’ll go get a coffee from Dunkin Donuts so my calories will actually equal to 1,270 before any fruit. To lose weight quickly I need to be eating 1400 calories. So 1,270 is still low.

I maintained exactly the same weight as yesterday. 171 exactly. My goal is to just get through these last couple days of PMS and work through my cravings without gaining anything. Usually when I PMS I get up to 176 pounds.
But a hungry man fried chicken TV dinner sounds so good right now. But they are the worst TV dinners and they have 970 calories and a **** ton of sodium. I am legit starting to worry about my cholesterol now so I’m trying to watch it. I was really hungry last night around 7 but I just chugged a diet caffeine free Mountain Dew and I got to sleep. But then I woke up at midnight to have a snack.

I'm below my goal weight. I'm really happy. I think this Cymbalta is really working miracles. And I'm very careful about what I eat. I have a new goal weight. It's 270. I think by then I can walk around the block again. Maybe sooner if my back injections go well. My knees are good now. I'm getting around my house with no problem. I just want to walk again.

So far I’ve had 995 calories. Minus the broth from my ramen and if I can finish this can of turkey I started.
These last few days were rough with hunger and PMS. Diet soda and unsweetened flavored iced teas do work even if they aren’t good.

I ate well today except once. I had cheese and nuts when I wasn't hungry. I was stressed. I feel sick now. I don't want to eat again until tomorrow afternoon.

So I did of course end up back at 176 yesterday. Stupid PMS. But today I was 173. If I can just get to like 165 I’d be ok for the next round of PMS. Today I had an RX bar, some vegetables and fruit. I plan on having some roasted Brussel sprouts and some Goldfish crackers but that’s pretty much zero protein and I’d still be under 1200 calories for the day. So I may have to adjust things and maybe eat a can of meat or something.

I was hungry last night and snacked. The scale has the same weight as before. So I feel good about that. I haven't had breakfast yet and it's after noon. I'm just not really hungry. I might have a breakfast sandwich when I do eat. That's easy to prepare. I'm organizing my bedroom. That's my exercise.

I weighed 164 lbs this morning. I should eat less rice (I'm Asian) for breakfast and lunch, but I get hungry easily without it. This afternoon, I was able to exercise for an hour, so I hope it helps. I really need to lose weight because I'm too heavy for my height.

I was 171.6 today. So far I had a generic Mountain Dew, and most of a red white and blue slush from Sonic. I had an RX bar at midnight. I’m trying to eat a bag of frozen berries right now. Then I’ll have soup for lunch and a bag of grilled zucchini for dinner. I have down 1,207 calories but I’m not sure on the slush I had.
Last night I really wanted Taco Bell but I was able to get by with just a beef taco and cheesy potatoes without sour cream. So yesterday was 1,279 calories but I overestimated on some things since my Noom app didn’t have the correct calories on some things. My surgeon said I look great and commented on my weight loss.

I’m 5’4 but I carry my weight well So I look more like 160-150. I want to get down to 140 pounds.
At Thanksgiving I was 187 pounds. My highest was 236 in 2015.

I could only deal with maintaining my calories today. I had a glass of iced coffee and a Mountain Dew which may have been the issue and the reason I was hungry. To eat today I had a serving of Goldfish crackers, a bag of frozen berries, a bag of frozen corn, some instant ramen with the broth dumped out, an RX bar, and a cake pop. Dinner will be a piece of salmon. I have down 1,812 calories.

This morning I was reading this interesting thing in one of my Noom articles about feeding your mouth instead of your stomach. And it says when you really really want something like a couple spoonfuls of ice cream, you will often try to eat healthy stuff instead but you’ll still want the ice cream. And you’ll end up eating 400 or so calories in other stuff trying to avoid the ice cream when if you had just eaten it you’d be finished at 200 calories. That really resonated with me because yesterday I was trying so hard to avoid eating ramen and a cake pop that I was inhaling corn and frozen vegetables and still not feeling satisfied. So today I just made room in my calorie budget for ramen and a chocolate payday.
I’ve had the ramen and an iced coffee so far today.

I weigh 286 today. I'm eating healthy and doing work around the house. I think it's helping that I quit ordering out. I miss some of my favorite foods, but I would rather lose weight. My breathing is easier. It's much simpler to get in and out of my bed. My shoes fit. So many good things are happening.

For breakfast I had some dinosaur oatmeal. Then I had a mini red white and blue slush from sonic. I didn’t eat the blue part. I had the lunch special from a restaurant. I wanted to go out to eat but couldn’t get in. So I got take out instead. So far I’ve had about 980 calories. I’m not too hungry so I’m not sure what else I’ll be having. And I mean I’m really not hungry so I may just skip dinner entirely. If I do eat it will probably just be ramen

I had a small 110 calorie bag of pretzels for dinner last night. I did feel pretty sick.
Today I had a bowl of instant udon noodle soup for breakfast. I really wanted it and I knew that if I tried denying it to myself all day I’d end up failing. So I had that which supposedly only had 120 calories according to the nutrition facts. I dumped out a lot of the broth. I also had a couple small wheat flavored Kit Kat’s too. Those were 108 calories for 2 of them. Then I went to Sonic for another one of those slushes. I got a mini one and I again only ate the strawberry and ice cream part. I have no idea on the nutrition on that so I put it at 240 calories. I plan on having the lunch special again from the same restaurant and then a bowl of maple oatmeal for dinner. I have logged in 1,273 calories but it’s probably more like 1,168 calories. I just overestimated some things I think. Honestly I think I’m back to my calories in vs calories out thing. When I was eating bags of frozen strawberries and bags of cauliflower and corn I was not feeling satisfied or full the way I do with unhealthy stuff. I do not drink full calorie soda anymore. I was drinking a 150-290 calorie one almost everyday. Without the regular soda I can maintain my low calorie diet. I find diet and zero sugar soda to be very helpful with controlling my hunger despite the bad rep they get.

I was 169.6 today. I’m doing OMAD today where you eat all your calories for the day at one time and then fast for the rest of the day. So I’ve had 4 bags of snacks from a snack crate I got on Amazon. I also had a glass of Oreo iced coffee. Then I went out to eat and I had a Coke, peasant potato’s, and 2 pieces of stuffed French toast from a restaurant. There were 6 pieces total. I gave the rest to my brother.
I came home and I took a 40 minute walk and I walked almost 2 miles.

I gained 5 pounds since yesterday. It was weird. I fasted for most of the day and I drank a lot of water and I walked for 52 minutes. I thought I might gain just based on what I ate for breakfast. but I thought it would be a pound or less. Not 5.
I wasn’t feeling good today so I didn’t eat much. I went out to lunch but I only ate my fries and half my sandwich. I skipped dinner. For breakfast I had some nuts and I finished my bag of pizza Goldfish. I organized my food cupboard this morning. I really don’t have that much stuff it’s just because I don’t have my storage rack anymore that I have to cram everything on one side of a shelf in the kitchen pantry. Including my stuff in the freezer I really only have maybe 2 weeks of food.

I've been fluctuating. But basically staying around the same weight. I'm not sure what's wrong. Maybe too many snacks. I'll try to be more careful.

I was 168.6 today. I switched my meds around a few nights ago so I take everything at night now. Now I’m not hungry during the day, and the weight is just melting off. I wouldn’t recommend doing this without your doctors approval. But I mean I didn’t have my doctors approval either, so whatever I guess. Today I had 2oz of London broil on a mini King Hawaiian sub roll. Then I ate most of a dish of ice cream from sonic. I haven’t had anything else yet but I plan on eating some Goldfish crackers and some ramen. Although I may skip the goldfish and figure something else out. Maybe more London broil without the bun. I have down 1148 calories for the day. Minus whatever the ice cream was or wasn’t since I didn’t have a clear number for that.

I put the scale in my room so I wouldn’t be tempted to weigh myself today. I also really wanted a mug of hot tea and I didn’t want to worry about water weight gain.
Today I’m not sure what I’ll eat. I had some Oreo iced coffee and a serving of Goldfish crackers around 2AM. I want to try the new shark week slush from Sonic but I plan on just getting a mini one. From what I can calculate since there’s no nutrition info a mini one has about 220 calories. My mom wants to go out to eat for lunch and I really don’t want to because I’m still controlling myself on this trip. But I know she needs to eat so I’ll have to figure out something. Maybe I’ll just have a bowl of soup or a side salad. Or we can find a Denny’s and I can get the healthy sirloin steak dinner. I’m just plain not hungry though. When I went out to lunch last week I could barely eat half of my sandwich.

I saw my GP today. I lost 18 pounds since I last saw her. I'm really happy about that. I continue to eat low-carb and get plenty of vegetables. And I moving around my house for exercise. I had to stop the chair yoga. It hurt my neck and shoulders.
