I drank a Dr. Pepper with some Dr. Pepper coffee creamer this morning which I then threw up. But I kept down the pretzel roll and the half can of soup I ate. I'm around 880 calories which includes the Dr. Pepper. So again I don't know where I'm at calorie wise. I was a little bit less on the scale today still at a 10 day low.

As of now I've thrown up everything I've eaten. I thought the soup would have been digested by now.

So I am super low on calories at 1,169 plus I threw everything up anyways. So idk
