700 reps with an ab roller. 500 reps in the AM and then 200 in the afternoon. And then 80 crunches. 40 in the AM and 40 in the afternoon.
I've eaten enough today. I just don't know if I'm becoming obessed.

I don't know. I'm not one to talk. Seems like an awful lot of reps, I can't do that; I find it too boring. But then again, I walk an awful lot of miles on days I walk; however, the days between I do pilates which are 30-35 min. vidoes. How much time are you spending exercising? That's a good gauge too. If it's taking up a lot of your day, then, yes, it probably is too much. More than 2 hr. way too much time. 30 min-1 hr. usually will suffice. And it depends on the type of exercise too. You don't do yourself any favors overworking certain areas of your body and ignoring others. Like why so many reps on the ab roller; get some dumbells, do some arms exercises, lunges, stretching, go for a walk, try an exercise video. If you overdo muscle groups without resting or working alternate groups between , you run a high risk of injury, says someone speaking from experience. And don't push exercise through a minor injury; rest up, otherwise it can lead to something much worse (speaking from firsthand experience).
Become too obsessed with it, you get like me in college, I was spending upwards of 4-5 hours DAILY exercising, mostly running, yeah, you can say that was pure ED and OCD together, and it was the worst thing in the world to get back under control. And some would argue I don't exactly have it under control ATM; I'm maintaining my weight though because I do eat plenty.

I normally do just 500 reps with a few minute breaks in between each 120 reps or so. Then I do the sit ups all at once. Its like half an hour total. I'm normally done with everything by 7AM. I do these reverse sit ups too where I work out my egs. So its like 40 regular sit ups and 40 leg work outs. I think there called oblique sit ups. If I get bored during the day then thats when I'll do additional reps or sit ups like I did yesterday.
