I have two hundred dollars and normally that is enough when i can control myself to go play black jack, count the cards and win some money. the last couple weeks i have been out of control,not following any rules i started for myself and i am seriously thinking about going to play tomorrow.

any one have any advice or help to offer

get yourself to a gamblers anonymous meeting in your area ar phone the g a hotline and they will help you
