It is 2:30 am and I am still on my phone. I can't. Stop. How do I fix this problem? I stay up on my phone and get maybe 4 hours of sleep and then I go right back on my phone all day.

What is your daily routine like? What else do you do besides go on your phone?
You could always leave it in a separate room at bedtime and not take it with you to the bedroom. (If you use it as an alarm clock like I do, you could buy a cheap alarm clock to take its place). |

Is it hard to get out of the house for you?
Is there a beach near by (if you like the water)? Do you like riding bikes? Do you have a bike? Rollerskating? Swimming in a pool? If none of those things are around you....you must have laundry! LOL...you can do laundry...or help your mother do something around the house..cook a meal...make some cookies...vacuum ![]() I have started putting my phone down at 10pm but I am on the computer so not much different...but I do try to put it down when I feel like I"ve been on it too long and do something else.
