Hi rex06, you may want to have a doctor check into your palpitations and dizziness just to see if it's anything physical first, then check in with your therapist and/or psychiatrist.

-Take care,

This is all because of anxiety and fear . I am not able to consult a psychiatrist due to some reasons . What can I do more ? Should I go for different medicine ?

Who is prescribing your medication? You can let them know what's going on and see if they would be able to adjust your meds

i tried a different one that was prescribed earlier and it is working . But i am really worried because i am living with anxiety all the day , it is continuously harming me .Will this be the situation for the rest of my life . Because the thing that created all this is guilt and fear of future and this can never change . Can things change?

Hello rex06, anxiety and depression often go together unfortunately. You will need additional medication and therapy for the anxiety. I see you say that you cannot get to a doctor. Have a look in the Anxiety, Panic and Phobias and Depression forums and look at how other people learn to cope with it. In time you will find your own ways of coping and build up a toolbox. Please go and see a doctor, things can change, it won't be like this forever.
