So this is really weird, but I've always had a craving to bite someone. I can't just be anyone, but I've always had a desire to bite some people in the arm. Just the feel of it is what sounds desirable.
I eat raw steak, and the idea of biting into a slightly seasoned, raw, thick piece of steak ALWAYS sounds really amazing and good. I love the taste, texture, and feel of raw steak, raw steak has a completely different texture from Rare steak, or even bleu. I've always eaten my steak rare, then I switched to Bleu, then, I switched to raw. Now I only eat steak raw. This is weird? Am I the only one?? lol

Make sure your meat doesn't have any black lesions all over it, otherwise I'll be around.

Thats actually very rare. This is something I get all the time with both steak and sushi/sashimi. Yes, there is a case, but it you can greatly minimize those risks by doing the following things:
making sure the meat/fish is fresh and high quality as well as making sure its bought from a trusted source or eaten from a trusted source as well as physically examining, touching, and smelling the meat/fish. thats what i do before buying my steak. It has to be a beautiful red and nothing else, not grey, not super dark red. just a beautiful red (not too light or dark IMO) I don't know whether or not this is true, but I try to stick with the not too light, OR really dark red meat. Sometimes, you can see a weird, fish scale type coating on the steak (its orange, very light and not easily noticeably, i usually notice it if the meat glistens in the light after its dried off). also, if you freeze the meat just once, you're VERY, VERY safe. Everything has a risk. even drinking too much water will kill you. nothing comes without risk, and with proper knowledge and care, the same can be applied to raw steak and fish. if a sushi restaurant smells fishy, run! The only food that really tastes fishy raw is mackerel. I like it, but its for an advanced eater. not for the first timers (same with squid or octopus). i pretty much like all sashimi/sushi, squid, octopus, salmon, tuna, mackerel, eel. I can't thing of one i don't like, i LOVE red snapper too.

I took college classes in Parasitology. I know the life cycle of various parasites in pork, fish, and beef.

I've been eating raw fish since i was 8 years old, and I've been eating raw beef since I was 12 years old. Not until I was 17 did I start eating whole pieces of steak raw on a daily basis. Yes, since I was 17, I've been eating raw steak ALMOST every single day. Not once, in my entire life have I gotten sick, let alone food poisoning. If its good quality and fresh, you have little reason to worry. Proof? My statement and I above. I've EVEN began to eat pork medium rare-rare. I began this new trend starting a year ago, and once again. Never once have I gotten sick from that. There are a few times to where I've undercooked chicken and decided to eat it (slightly pink in the middle, slightly). I'm alive. And amazingly enough I didn't die from salmonella. There are many people out there like me who eat steak and fish raw, and even pork medium rare who have never once had an issue with parasites or even food poisoning. people have very little reason to fear eating raw fish or raw beef. Unless its not good quality and it isn't fresh.

Bacteria are the big concern over worms. There are many that can be found on raw meat naturally and from those handling it, that can make you sick. Eat at your own risk!
