So I'm 19 (female) and I've been seeing a therapist for about 7 months now. I never really wanted to go in the first place, my parents wanted me to and I didn't really have much choice. At first, I was okay, I didn't hate it THIS much. But lately, like the past month or so, I HATE going to my appointments. After each appointment I just worry until the next one. I dont know what happened, but all of a sudden I hate it. The fact that I go, the fact that I have to share feelings, it's all making me really angry and pissed off.
What do I do? Is this even normal? I love the therapist, she's great and amazing with me. Im just tired of feeling so SCARED all the time and wasting my week worrying. |

I think this topic would be a great one for your next appt. I would go to your next appt and share this very topic. This certainly sounds like a normal reaction to sharing deep seated emotions. Best wishes with her. Let us know how it went. |
