I'm not sure why I get angry. I've come to think of all the stuff in the past what sets me off and irritates me, and it's all pretty dumb stuff. I'm not sure how to help myself. In this life I don't have friends or people I can talk too. Only people at work but, I don't talk to people about what I feel or what goes on at home just talk to seem normal and out of everyone radar. On what I might have. Really need someone's advice or someone I can talk to thank you for listening and hope to hear from someone soon

Sorry to hear that you have anger issues. Can you tell me more bout it. People have different ways of expressing their anger. Do you lash out at people, or throw things? It's alright to be angry, It's the way one deals with it that matters.

Sometime you just need to learn to let things go.

It helped me to learn to forgive myself. To acknowledge the mistakes I've made, own them, and let it go instead of beating myself up.

Sometimes that anger is very deep-seated and we may not know the real reason for it. For example if as a child you went through abuse, you would have been angry about it at the time but most certainly you wouldn't have been able to express it! Therapy can help to get to the reasons and lead to a better understanding. Remember, anger is an emotion that is ok to feel, it's about discharging it safely.

I'm actually unsure why I'm so angry. It's little things or big things something just goes off I'm unsure what triggers it it can be anything really. From my kid crying to a confrontation with my gf or anyone in general I just feel so much hate and anger I don't know why. I'm trying to understand

The root of all anger is hurt/pain/a wound. It may seemthat little things can set you off but it really is a big issue of hurt behind the anger. Anger is us trying protect ourselves from perceived or real danger.

Knowing what the real pain is may help you to deal with things. Seeing a therapist may help.
