I'm having the hardest time finding a mental health mood/symptom tracking app that works for Android. I've read a few articles that list good ones but they either don't have what I'm looking for or don't work for Android.
I'm looking for something that allows me to objectively rate my moods. Like a scale 1-10. Moods I'm looking for: Sleep Depression Anxiety Anger/Irritability Happiness Sleep Flashback Anyone have any ideas? I looked at Optimism but they don't have it for Android. I'm even trying to look into creating my own but I'm somewhat computer illiterate. I want to be able to track my moods because when I'm in a good mood I only remember the good days and when I'm in a bad mood I can only think about the bad days. So when my therapist or my psychiatrist ask how things are going I just stare at them blankly because I don't have a clue. |

Something called, Mood tracker. You enter whatever mood you want and can at details. And rate how you feel from 1 to 5.
However, it is public (you don't use your real name ). You can do a private one but I think you have to purchase the app which is like .99cents or so. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk

i'm not too sure if its available on android but im using one called moody at the moment, you pick a face that represents your mood on the day and then it tracks it for you on a scale, which has been really useful to monitor my bipolar episodes!

I'm finding many of the Apps to either not have enough detail, too much, have numerous annoying ads, or trivial/useless addons.
I made myself aa simple spread sheet, the chart of which I print off and give to my pyschiatrist. |

Optimism Online is a nice one that you can access via your browser or through an app. It is customizable which I really liked and you can also journal on it, etc.

This is my personal favorite and the only one I ever used consistently. I used it while I had an Android phone and looked it up online T2 Mood Tracker | t2health Reasons I liked it: It's very customizable. You can add or delete symptoms to track and create different categories. You can also create your own symptoms and symptom range. Some apps irk me because they'll ask me to rate something like "happy" or "sad" as opposite where for me I'd rather rate how I feel on a scale between content and frustrated. You can rate your moods multiple times a day and the graphs will show micro and macro readings. Plus I changed the colors and thought the charts were cool looking. My absolute favorite part of all is that there are no emoticons and it has the most neutral color coding and fonts I've ever seen on a mood tracker. I know emoticons are a part of modern life and I appreciate their use in texting and places like this but on my mood tracker I find them annoying and it reminds me of being given children's coloring books in the mental hospital.
