I have GAD .

Has anyone heard of or experienced pain under ones front teeth on the bottom front gum of the mouth .

Tooth pain can be lots of things, but I don't think it's related to anxiety. You should see a dental hygienist or a dentist to rule out any problem with your teeth first.

I clench my teeth from anxiety and it causes lots of psin and now I have tmj issues but idk if that's anything related to your issues

Lower jaw pain can be a symptom of a heart attack.
