I am in the middle of a new diagnosis with my T & and at some point a psychiatrist.

There has not been a time when I did not ring my hands or do some kind of shaking jester, as if you get something off my hand. I also like running cold water on my hands often.

Does any one else do this or have experience with others who do?

Hello snarkydaddy: The Skeezyks doesn't have any experience with these particular habits. But I've certainly had my own over the years. Each time I would manage to break myself of one habit, I'd find another one to take its place. I do believe, at this point, I've finally aged out of most of it. But it took a long, long time...

Snarky, do you feel anxious? Excess energy? Or are the movements involuntary? Call your pdoc ASAP if its involuntary. Good to bring up to your pdoc, regardless. It sounds like you're needing to release some energy. It may not be a problem but it's a good idea to bring up.

I usually have my foot tapping or leg swaying. I'm just a bit hyper. Ask pdoc about your symptoms just to be safe.
