Hello,
Any one here feel like there mind if alway running with static and your trying to go about your day but everything bothers you? I don't know how to deal with all this. I'm afraid my fiancé might leave me for this. I feel like I'm holding on to my hair and screaming.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Have you discussed this with your mental healthcare team. Perhaps you should. Mindfulness may be away of grounding yourself and soothing the heightened anxiety you feel.

Hello Ccdiz: I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time. Hopefully coming here to PC can be of some comfort & support. I see this is your first post here on PC. So... to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks! May the time you spend here be of benefit. If you're not already doing so, seeing a therapist may be the best first step for you. Such things as meditation & getting plenty of exercise can help too. And, of course, there are psych med's you can take if need be.

PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!

Hi ccdiz welcome to the site... I am also a newbie and after I dig into this website it helps me to really understand that I am not alone at all.. did you know that anxiety turns into fear and then that can go to unnessasary anger and then that can go to rage..... Wow! now ponder where the anxiety came from? try to take a deep breath it helps.. welcome...
