I'm curious what people think the best treatment plan is for someone who's struggling with OCD, depression, and social anxiety. I don't know how to get better. Prozac helps a little but CBT just really doesn't appeal to me. I'm going to give it a try but any other suggestions?

There is no quick fix.

What does your therapist suggest? And I agree ^^^ there is no quick fix. Usually, with an anxiety diagnosis there's much work around meditative techniques. After a while appointments do become more like a checkup and ensuring that rational thinking skills remain glued, so to speak.

The go-to treatment plan for those conditions would be CBT and an anti-depressant. But as everyone else has said, these take time. For the anxiety aspects there is exposure therapy which you are slowly introduced to your fears/triggers until you aren't (severely impacted/considered to have a mental illness) anymore. It takes a long time to find something that works. I wish you the best.

Yes CBT I think is about the best way to start. It helps you learn to live WITH these conditions, to participate in life in a way that is manageable given all you are dealing with, and just helps you figure yourself out.

I was in CBT for a while. Now its more psychodynamic. I have learned to work with my mental health conditions, and how to cope with them and how they develop and change in the future.

CBt can help make you feel more in control- in a situation where you might otherwise feel overwhelmed
