Im sorry but only treatment providers and your own law enforcement departments can say whether you sexually abused your baby cousin or not.

heres why... you are in greece so only greece's laws can apply since the problem happened in greece. only you and your treatment providers and law enforcement knows what the laws were when you were 8 or 9, whether children 8 or 9 used to or are arrested for things like this..... theres also something called statute of limitations on laws too only you and your treatment providers and law enforcement there will be able to tell you what the statute of limitations on sexual abuse are/ were the year you were 8-9

my suggestion is talk with your medical doctor or a mental health treatment provider or call your local police department and ask if they know what the laws are/ were about this kind of thing. they will also know how to go about researching such issues in your location.

I'm sorry you decided to leave us, Guest. But I know how it is. This is my second time around here on PC. I don't know as you'll ever see what I'm writing here. But I just thought I would leave a quick note saying that I don't believe what you did when you were 8 or 9 could in any way be considered sexual abuse. I'm sorry you carry so much guilt. And I hope that, in some way, you can find a path to deep peace within.

I really think it has to do with how often this happened and if you were aroused as a result. The litmus test here is that you did something you knew was wrong. It is good though you are stepping forward as it must be a difficult struggle for you. Do you have someone to confide in? Perhaps some therapy will help you work this out, allow you to come to some acceptance, and encourage you to move forward in a healthy manner.
