Hi,

I am 33 years old male from Pakistan. I work as a computer operator. I am single. Had a marriage once but now divorced and no kids. I Live alone and I feel like I have no life. I am bore as hell.
After the work, I spend my time in home at my desktop watching youtube or movies something like that. Very little relations with relatives. I find it difficult to talk to them because everybody look at me weird due to my divorce (as it is not considered a good decision here in pakistan).
I didn't complete my study. I was studying computer science, learnt some of programming and developing computer and mobile applications some times ago but everything changed when divorce happend.
I don't know what to do with my life. I used to play video games and I was a hardcore gamer but lost interest in that too.

What you guys think I should do? Any advice for me? How can I find passion or purpose of my life and do something good and positive?
Thanks for this!

Words I like to add to my question: I want to add that things I wanted to do some time ago and I've tried but at this point, I lost interest in them too. Like, I wanted to be a progammer, developer and started developing mobile and computer application but no interest in it now. Another thing that I am an overweight guy with 230 pounds weight and a very bad habit of smoking. I wanted to quit smoking and loose weight, work on my body through gym and excercise but no interest in it too. I used to get motivated but don't know where is that? Now a days, I just spent my time using computer, watching movies & youtube etc and eating & smoking back to back.

Thanks for sharing this. (I recall replying to your introductory post.) I'm not a mental health professional. But, to my mind, this sounds like a pretty classic case of depression. So assuming that is the case, it seems to me, the first priority may need to be to address your depression either via some variety of mental health therapy or antidepressants or both. It may be that until you address your underlying depression it may be unlikely you'll be able to find your passion or purpose in life.

Here are links to a dozen articles from Psych Central's archives. The first 3 are on the subject of depression including 1 that addresses the topic of depression following divorce. The next 2 talk about what to do when you feel lost (following divorce & also in general.) The next 4 are on the subject of motivation. Then there's one on exercising when you're depressed. And finally there are 2 on finding your purpose in life:
