My therapist says i have health anxiety, which is true. How does one deal with health anxiety? How can I overcome it for good?

Hi DoryKeepsSwimmning. Welcome to Psych Central. I am sorry you suffer from health anxiety.

Here is an article that may offer you some clues. Coping with Health Anxiety

Some people I know spend time taking care to eat healthy diet, sleep enough, do daily exercises, get fresh air, and spend time socializing either IRL or online as conditions dictate. That seems to help them reduce the severity of their anxiety.

Have you asked your therapist what to do about that from their point of view?

Hey,

The best advice I can give you is to learn to tolerate your thoughts and feelings, whilst also forcing yourself to do the anxiety provoking thing.

Here's a video which shows you how to apply ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention) techniques to help overcome any anxiety:
