No, I think it's just an anxiety symptom after a few rough days with it I often feel this way for a day or two before i get back to "normal feeling"

Maybe something physical like walking or exercise, fresh air, will help to clear the head a bit. That's what I do. It does help - me, at least.

It could be a dissociative reaction to extreme anxiety in the past/present.

Mixed episodes in bipolar can cause something similar.

That was how I described my depersonalization experiences after going through a trauma....& the spacy feeling could last only hours or sometimes days after being triggered.....sometimes just be the fall feel in the air. For me that was 13 years ago. Now I only get a twinge sometimes but mostly gone now the PTSD issues have been resolved
