I am totally annoyed today. In spring 2007 I bought a china model horse on ebay. The horse arrived broken and FedEx took the horse to inspect so they could pay for damages if they were at fault. For some reason they returned the horse to the seller rather than me and I could not get any useful info regarding their decision. So at the time I wanted the seller to refund my money but she refused. I asked her to ship it then so I could pay for repairs myself and first she was pregnant ready to deliver, then she has a newborn to care for, then she is having surgery, then she is getting a divorce and moving... Always an excuse. I was more than patient. So this week I am thinking enough is enough and ask her to mail the broken china to a girl who will repair him and she nows tells me she mailed the horse in Sept 2008 but she can't remember if she mailed it to me or my friend who is to do the repair. I cannot find any emails from her telling me he was shipped until today. I am at her mercy. You only have 45 days to file claims with Paypal so I am screwed. $450 GONE!

The seller's story sounds more like a tall tale to me. Has a smell about it.
