Hi Sabrina,
It looks like it may work out even if I need to pay. I just received $125.00 dollars from Wyndham Vacation Resorts and it was totally unexpected. It was from a minor dispute we had with them. So now I have half the money just in case we need to pay. Peace - Dennis

Hope you get to spend the windfall on something more fun! I used to work for a municipal court and we would dismiss the ticket if you had proof. The court costs were only $10 - of course, that was 20 years ago, but I'm hoping for low court costs and a sympathetic judge for you!
