I didn't get to sleep until well after 5:30 a.m. last night, and didn't even hear my alarm clock 2 hours later. I'm sorry. I missed the DBT chat this morning.

Last week we were even talking about balanced sleeping. I've never been good at that.

I had promised we could talk about increasing positive emotions this week, and I wanted to hear about how those in chat last week did with reducing vulnerability to painful emotions. Here is the link to the handout on increasing positive emotions:
