I'm thankful for all the amazing and supportive people, especially those who would take the time and effort to listen to and help even complete strangers in need. They bring back some of the humanity easily lost in this world.

I'm no longer depressed.
Today is 60 days sober again.
I got my resume updated and applied to one job yesterday.
I'm being discharged from the hospital tomorrow.

I am thankful for time alone. My parents went on their road trip today. On most holidays my dad likes to go on road trips and I opted to not go with them. I needed to stay alone by myself. I am used to being by myself and being around people so much has driven up the wall so I am thankful for this time alone.

I am thankful my mom realized that even though I like to be by myself sometimes that I do need to get out of the house sometimes and hopefully I will get to go grocery shopping later today.

Today I'm thankful that for the first time this year I was able to mow my lawn. My feet are sore and I'm in a bit of discomfort right now, but I got it done.

I'm, also, very thankful for my friend Tiffany who believed in me and basically forced me to find my confidence in my artistic abilities again.

I am thankful for my psychiatrist. I like him a lot and he really knows his stuff. He also has an excellent "bedside manner" and he is patient with me and always take the time to listen to everything I say, even when I repeat myself! He also lets me email him and call him and he always gets back to him. He is definitely the best psychiatrist I've had. More like a therapist really. Anyhow, I am thankful for him!

I can respond now or later and especially not until I feel good about my response. I do not have to have all the answers, there are plenty of experts out there to evaluate.

I'm thankful for having a place to live and being medicated. (Yesterday I spoke with a homeless psychotic man who ran could find no help due to his psychosis.)
