I was wondering what a good day to you all is. One way I feel I have a good day is when I do the laundry and all my socks have a match that goes together!!!!

Awwww----my dear friend. I do feel that one too. I want you to know that I am glad when a day is over and you survived, and me too. For some days it would seem to me would be almost better if not. A good day is waking up and having my doggie greet me, a fresh start in the right direction, and of course lots of sunshine

it's also realizing the strength and power I have in my life to do as I need and want.

On the other hand, a good day can be getting up early when I don't have to be up and I can celebrate the "me" time, the quiet time.

Thank you for answering and for liking this thread. I think that is awsome to be able to smile throughout the day despite what is going on around you. (Give people something to wonder about). Seriously, that is great when you can do that. I think looking for something throughout our day to be thankful for or that is a positive gives us a reason to keep going no matter how small or minute it may seem. For sometimes it is those little things that can pull us through to the next day (minute, second) but it keeps us holding on.

eg-I got on my stationary bike.

when the kids climb into bed with me and are all warm and cuddly and we know we havent got to rush today

it includes

feeling productive/achieving something for the good of myself or others

and is completed

when l can reflect on the day and praise that l am alive, made and through and accomplished at least one small thing even if it was just to get myself washed and dressed

whatever your good day entails may you all have good /positive days
