Well....this is a combination of sad/funny/true. I've been having terrible pain in my shoulder, sooo a good day for me is, when I don't half to put on my bra backwards in order to get it on. Awwww...the simple things in life are so important. BTW it's an even better day, when I remember to turn it around (JK). I'm not that old yet.

Awwww----I am so sorry that your shoulder hurts but I had to chuckle at that. I could not imagine forgetting to tun it back around. I know you were JK but that was cute. Thank you for that. A good day for me is when I am willing to walk through the pain and to listen quietly and get a lightbulb moment when I can finally understand something that is important for me to get so I can move forward towards healing.

Also a good day is when I can laugh or smile, even for a moment, between all the pain and hurt.

I agree it's always a better day when I enjoy a good laugh. It's also a good day when I interact with the good people here at PC including you ((DPS))

It's my 'friends' and family that are really upsetting me, I had a break down almost 2 months ago and made a few comments on a certain social networking site. How many people were concerned I hear you ask? Oh, maybe about 4, out of 143. One of which I've never even met and another who I haven't seen since high school who just told me to be happy. No family members. Funny when I mention I went somewhere everyone in my family gets told, but when I genuinely need help nobody is told.
Even when I haven't been around for months only a select few wonder where I've gone.
Maybe if I drank, smoked weed and hooked up with random guys I'd have more friends.

I'm just going to stop there, I'll keep rambling otherwise (never get me started on a topic that frustrates me...).

Lynn I am glad you are here and that I have come to know you. The love is easy to give to so many wonderful supportive people who give of themselves to help others when things are tough for them. I get so much out of giving that when I hurt it helps to reach out to others. I gain from giving and it allows me to give back what others have so graciously given to me.

A good day for me is feeling content and at peace (I have very few of those)

A good day is when I get up early and put my mask on and go to work and find that my mask isn't really necessary today...and...having an evening where I don't have to put it back on when I get home. It's a good feeling when sometimes people just like you or love you anyway.....
