Have been discharged! Hence my Yeehaw mood

Actually I will probably change it back to fine soon because I still have to go back to the ward tomorrow to meet consultant to be formally discharged. It should be obvious by now to me that I've been discharged, I mean they gave me 2 weeks supply of meds, but due to them promising discharge for yesterday and then changing it to today I lost trust completely for awhile that they mean a word they say! And they suddenly stopped my zopiclone on the very night I needed it most! The crisis team are sorting me out with a bit more later today though because they know I do not want to rely on it to get to sleep - I know natural sleep is much better than being zonked out

Thanks (((all the best)))

P.s. I actually feel relieved more than anything else - is there a mood icon for that? - I couldn't see one - only relaxed, which is different I think.

(((((((Stark777))))))) Congrats on being discharged! I hope the hospital was a positive experience for you, and that you learned positive coping techniques that you can now use as an outpatient.
Thanks for this!

Freedom awaits you my friend

I know what you mean about not really thinking you are actually really discharged....things take a while to process and get my little brain around, too Especially if they changed the date on ya!!

But guess what...you really are

Write again and let us know how the first week goes back in the regime of life at home..................
